Supply Chain Management Career FairSHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISPLAYS AND MATERIALS The Supply Chain Management Association has partnered with University Stores, MSU’s Integrated Supply Chain Managers to handle displays and materials. Except for charges by external service providers, this service is available for no additional cost. There are two new issues regarding materials handling this year.
The instructions below must be followed to avoid logistics problems and/or loss of materials. MSU, University Stores, Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center, The Eli Broad College of Business, the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management, and the Supply Chain Management Association are not responsible or liable for lost or misdirected articles. Shipping Packages TO the Career Fair: NOTE: Packages MUST be received by University Stores between one and five business days before the Career Fair (no earlier than January 16, 2008, and no later than January 22, 2008). Packages received outside that time window will not be accepted. DO NOT SEND PACKAGES DIRECTLY TO KELLOGG CENTER OR ANY OTHER LOCATION AT MSU.
Make sure to bring your tracking number to the Career Fair.
Return Shipping of Packages FROM the Career Fair: After the career fair, University Stores will pick up all packages that need to be returned to you and notify your own service provider (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to pick up the materials. As noted above, prepaid return shipment labels are required.
If your packages are staying for the Diversity Career Fair on January 24th, you will be directed where to store your packages. If you have any questions regarding shipping materials to or from the Career Fair, please contact one of the SCMA Career Fair Coordinators. |
