Where is Stores Distribution located?
Stores is located in the Angell Building, approximately one block east of Harrison Road.

What are Stores Distribution's business hours?
Stores Distribution is open from 7:30 a.m. -  4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Who should I contact if I need to request a delivery point change prior to delivery?
Redelivery charges can be avoided by calling Receiving at 517.355.1700 ext 209 and
notifying them of the change.

What types of packages can be picked up/delivered by Stores Distribution?

Why can't I inspect the contents of my package(s) before signing?
Due to time constraints, your signature only indicates you have received the number 
of cartons specified on the delivery slip. If damage is discovered, please contact 
517.355.1700 ext 212.

What should I do if there is a delivery error?
Please call 517.355.1700 and notify the receptionist of the delivery error.

What is the turnaround for airfreight packages?
Airfreight packages are normally delivered within a half-day of arrival.

How do I find out if my package has arrived on campus?
Visit the online tracking page at: /html/trackingsystem/default.asp

In the event your package has not yet arrived, you should contact the buyer at 355.0357 for further information.
