What are Distribution's business hours?
Distribution is open from 7:30 a.m. -  4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

How do I contact someone if I need to request a delivery point change prior to delivery?
Redelivery charges can be avoided by calling Receiving at (517) 355-1700.

Can the contents of my package(s) be inspected before signing?
Due to time constraints, this is not possible. Your signature indicates only that you have received the number of cartons specified on the delivery slip. If damage is discovered, please call (517) 355-1700.

What should I do if there is a delivery error?
Please call (517) 355-1700 and notify the receptionist of the delivery error.

What is the turnaround for airfreight packages?
Airfreight packages are normally delivered within a half-day of arrival.

What is the way to find out if apackage has arrived on campus?
Visit the online tracking page at: /html/trackingsystem/default.asp. If the package has not arrived, you should contact the buyer at (517) 355-0357 for further information.
