Wondering why you did not receive a paper copy of the purchase order, purchase order draft, or open order release with your last package? The answer is simple—University Stores has gone electronic!  

The information you need is on your U-Track label:

To: Order Reference Number

    Sample reference number prefixes:

    • REQ= Stores Stock Requisition Number
    • REL= Open Order Release Number
    • PO=   Purchase Order Number
    • POD= Purchase Order Draft Number

Del To: Where University Stores will deliver your package

  • Information obtained from the original order.
  • Prearranged, central delivery points will still be honored.

Name: Pulled directly from the order

Pieces: Number of boxes delivered

  • Pertains only to the order.
  • Number of boxes, not the number of items in the box.

Dept. Special Code: Pulled directly from the order.

  • Use this field on your order to help your department determine who the package belongs to internally.

Phone: Pulled directly from the order

Department: Pulled directly from the order

Ext. Carrier: Carrier of origin i.e., (UPS, Airborne, DHL, FedEx, Vendor, etc.)

Vendor: Vendor from the original order
